PRESIDENT

Stephen has helped guide SDACC's overall vision and strategy since SDACC was formed nearly eight years ago. Stephen's enduring passion for this aquatic center comes from his love for the water and for San Diego. He believes that building the right aquatic center will help teach more San Diego children how to swim. He is an avid waterman as an open water swimmer, surfer, rower, and outrigger canoe paddler. All of these have a common need… knowing how to swim.

Stephen is a San Diego native. He is a transformational life coach working with US Veterans who seek solutions to challenges such as PTSD, depression, and addiction. He is the father of twin sons who were club and high school water polo players in San Diego. Stephen is the Vice President of Hanohano Outrigger Canoe Club.
